How the process works

  • Estimate Refund or Get Started Filing

    Input general info to estimate your refund, or begin entering details to start filing your return

  • Upload Tax Documents

    Upload all your documents by taking a picture on your phone, or attaching a PDF to the TaxWise Mobile website

  • Ask and Respond to Questions from Your Preparer

    If any questions come up while preparing your return, the preparer will text, email or schedule a Zoom call

  • Approve and e-File Return

    Once all tax docs are received, your return will be prepared by NewAge, a licensed CPA. You will receive email to accept return which will be filed using IRS e-file
